Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have just reached out to you via email with your specific tracking details. To clarify, your order was split-shipped due to stock locations. While the console arrived from our EU hub, the case was shipped separately from our UK facility and is marked delivered on 20th Jan in the tracking update. We apologise if this separate delivery caused any alarm, and feel free to contact us at support for any questions or concerns.

RevixGreat customer service and awesome products that they offer.
This is my first order and the experience was very good. They handled it professionally and answered my questions as fast as they could. Only bad thing was that the order was seperated to 2 different ones like the handheld itself and the Accessoires. I also got no infos from the delivery companies about the details, which confused me. Its not droix fault but i have to mention that. Otherwise i would 100% recomment this.
