2. Account Terms

2.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Account Security

5. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants using our platform agree to:

• Only invite genuine customers to submit reviews
• Not offer incentives that bias review content
• Not cherry-pick or selectively solicit positive reviews
• Respond to reviews professionally and constructively
• Not attempt to manipulate or suppress negative reviews
• Comply with all consumer protection and advertising laws
• Maintain accurate product and business information
• Pay applicable fees on time

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Revix Reviews platform, including all software, designs, logos, trademarks, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

6.2 Trademark

"Revix Reviews," our logo, and other brand features are our trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent except as necessary to accurately describe our Services.

7. Payment and Fees

• Merchants must pay applicable subscription fees and charges.
• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of our Services.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not relieve you of obligations to pay outstanding fees.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
