What customers say about DROIX — service, delivery and support

Have made a couple of purchases with Droix now. My latest is the GPD Win 4 2025 addition. Having owned a Steam Deck the GPD Win is hands down the finest handheld PC on the planet. It’s insanely powerful for what it is, even handles Indiana Jones and the Great Circle without any issues. Droix are a superb company.

I chose Droix because their mini computers are good value and they have a very wide range. I particularly like mini computers as they are small and take up so little space plus their specification is comparable to p.c's, but above all they are much cheaper to run as they operate at a much lower wattage. I chose the GMKtec Nuc M3. It has the Asus motherboard & Intel processor which I prefer, as they are of high quality. I went for the Intel i5 4.4Ghz processor with 16Gb ram and the 512Gb M2 SSD storage drive. As I need it for my use as a home computer & it is more than adequate for my needs. Another advantage is this computer has a spare slot to take a 2nd M2 SSD storage drive. The 512Gb drive comes with the Windows 11 operating software and I use this drive to add all my software. I purchased seperately a 2nd drive at 1Tb for all my files. I would recommend a 2nd storage drives for all computers & split them as I have done, as this makes for a faster computer. You really notice it on start up but also when transfering large files. Additionally this computer can easily cope wth a 40" HD monitor. Another factor I like is that for the most part it runs extremely quitely. So for well under £500 I get a high spec. computer which I am pleased with.
