Bought a GPD Win 4 on eBay and the display failed. After transferring ownership, Droix honoured the warranty. Their customer service was responsive and knowledgeable — they resolved the screen issue, stress tested the device, replaced the thermal paste due to high temps, and kept communication excellent throughout. Solid choice for handhelds and mini PCs — highly recommend! 👍

Recently purchased the Konkr Pocket Fit from these guys and can’t fault the service. Had a few questions about my order which were promptly answered, recieved an email saying it’s been posted and arrived the following day. Excellent all round and won’t hesitate to use again or recommend.
